Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan and renew until cancelled.
Eligible refund requests are reviewed individually based on the circumstances.

Translate4.me provides subscription-based access to a software platform for legal-document translation workflows.
Because the service is delivered digitally, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Users are charged according to the selected plan:
- Professional
- Agency
- Custom
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Users may cancel at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate refunds for prior billing periods.
Refund requests may be considered in situations including:
- Duplicate payments
- Accidental charges
- Unauthorized transactions
- Technical issues that prevent access to the service
Each request is reviewed individually.
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused pages or credits
- User mistakes during document processing
- Change of mind after platform access has been granted
