You may use Translate4.me only for lawful business, translation, and document-review purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or upload content that infringes the rights of others.

You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable laws, professional obligations, and any confidentiality requirements that apply to the documents you submit.

Translate4.me provides AI-assisted legal-document translation tooling, including OCR support, bilingual review surfaces, and export-ready workflows intended to help users process multilingual legal documents more efficiently.

The platform is offered as a professional software service. Features may evolve over time as the product develops.

Access to Translate4.me may be restricted, invitation-based, or manually approved. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials, workspace links, or trial codes assigned to you.

You may not share or transfer access in a way that bypasses the intended review or approval process.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Translate4.me may experience interruptions, maintenance windows, feature changes, or temporary limitations from time to time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation, especially during pilot, evaluation, or preview phases.

Some features may become part of future paid plans, subscriptions, or enterprise agreements. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing intervals, renewal terms, and cancellation conditions will be described clearly before purchase.

Until then, any trial or pilot access is provided under the conditions communicated during onboarding or approval.

Translate4.me, including its software, design, branding, workflows, and supporting materials, remains the property of its owners and licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights in the platform itself.

You retain responsibility for the content you upload and for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to process that content through the service.

Translate4.me is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business-interruption damages arising from your use of the service.

Because translated legal documents may require expert review, you should not rely on the platform as the sole basis for legal, regulatory, or certified outcomes.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that creates security, legal, or operational risk.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not waive obligations or limitations that should reasonably survive account closure.

These terms are intended to be supplemented by a governing-law and jurisdiction clause appropriate to the operating entity and deployment region.

Until finalized, this section should be treated as a placeholder for the applicable governing-law framework.
